Shipping to the Island
UniversityBooksOnline.com offers a direct ship service for AUC students and their families that is convenient, affordable and makes shipping to the island fast. With this program, you can feel confident that your belongings will be handled with the utmost care. To receive an estimate or to place your order, please visit http://www.universitybooksonline.com/auc and click on ‘Direct Shipment’ in the top right hand portion of the screen. You may also call them toll-free (in the US & Canada) at 1-866-567-BOOK (2665) with any questions or orders.
There are two simple ways to ship via the Direct Ship Program:
- Ship your items directly to UniversityBooksOnline.com using any carrier you wish (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc). Box up your belongings, follow the shipping instructions below, and send your items to:

- UniversityBooksOnline.com can send a courier to your home to pick up your package(s), which will then be delivered directly to the AUC campus. Please also follow the instructions below when packaging your items.
Shipping Instructions:
Please follow these instructions carefully so that your package(s) is (are) shipped correctly:
1. Tape a white envelope to the outside of each box you want to ship.
2. Include a piece of paper inside that provides the following information:
- Name and e-mail address of student
- Complete list of contents
- Provide a contact name and the telephone number listed above to arrange for payment of the shipment. Or, call the toll-free number when you ship the package to make payment arrangements.
Note: Within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your shipment at the warehouse, UniversityBooksOnline.com will prepare your box(es) for shipment directly to the AUC campus. There is a minimum order weight of 13lbs. You will be charged a flat rate of $4.50* per pound, plus an optional $1.25* per $100 of insurance. Other shippers charge an excess of $10.00 per pound for the exact same service.
