For 2015, AUC graduates earned more than 200 residencies in hospitals and healthcare centers around the country. Of that total, 13 AUC students earned residencies in the state of Georgia in anesthesiology, emergency medicine, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and more. Did You Know? Fun Facts About AUC and Georgia

Margaret A. Colden, PhD, Professor of Physiology at AUC, has Georgia roots. She joined the Department of Physiology at Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM), Atlanta, in 1994 as an Assistant Professor to begin her independent research program. In 2000, she was promoted to Associate Professor at Morehouse.
