AUC School of Medicine

The mission of the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine (AUC) is to provide an excellent medical education to qualified students of diverse backgrounds. This is to be accomplished within an atmosphere of academic integrity and scholarship, which fosters the highest standards in professional ethics and competence.

AUC was founded in 1978 by the Tien family, and became part of the DeVry family of institutions in 2011. AUC is fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission on Colleges of Medicine, and is recognized by the US Department of Education and the World Health Organization.
