Alumni volunteers can help the admission process by recruiting quality AUC applicants at regional school fairs and open houses by attending the events with the Admissions Department staff and interacting with prospective students. You can help recruit and mentor aspiring doctors by becoming an interviewer for your state or region, and by contacting admitted students who have not completed the enrollment process. Hearing your perspective as an AUC graduate and accomplished medical doctor helps encourage potential applicants apply to AUC. The Alumni Association is planning our 2nd annual Alumni reunion at a site yet to be determined. The reunion will be a great time to meet with old friends and share memories, and you’ll find that helping bring your class together on behalf of AUC is a gratifying experience. Reunion Committee members attend meetings in person or by teleconference. Members carry out committee initiatives, contact classmates, plan the reunion, promote attendance for reunion activities, and encourage participation.
