In preparing for elective clerkships you will need to be conscientious of critical time-lines, required documentation, and procedures. This page contains all of the information you will need to enter an elective or core rotation, including how to apply for rotations, an elective rotation request form, a site visit questionnaire, etc. Please read all of the documentation carefully.
