Registrar

The Office of the University Registrar serves as a facilitator to students, faculty and staff as they pursue the academic goals of the university. The mission of the Registrar’s Office at AUC is threefold:

To provide administration and faculty with student information:

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency regarding student information, registration, and grades
  • Manage database to create reports for administration and faculty
  • Serve as a principal source of information on academic and procedural matters to students
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records
  • Maintain student database and grades
  • Track academic progress

To provide students with timely, accurate service and information:

  • Track student status and verify enrollment
  • Calculate class ranks
  • Compile Dean’s List on a semester basis
  • Facilitate Orientation and Registration
  • Arrange campus tours
  • Maintain campus calendar
  • Update book/equipment list

And to continually improve services by updating technology and reviewing administrative practices:

  • Direct & coordinate related operations of the Registrar’s Office
  • FedEx AUC documents and faculty mail
  • Fax Service
  • Process student, faculty, and staff photo IDs
  • Process visitor IDs
