White Coat Ceremony
The White Coat Ceremony serves as an important rite of passage for all entering students at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine.
During the ceremony, students make a pledge to the Honor Code of AUC as well as recite the Hippocratic Oath, solidifying their commitment to the medical field. In addition, new student members are inducted to the Alpha Omega Phi Honor Society. The event concludes with the presentation of white laboratory coats to all students, symbolizing the beginning of their journey into medical service and care.
Family members and friends are invited to join as we welcome our entering class. A reception immediately follows the ceremony.
