For each year, the rate is the percent of students attaining a residency out of all graduates or expected graduates in the year who were active applicants in the NRMP match in that year or who attained a residency outside the NRMP match in that year. The 1-year first-time residency attainment rate is 95% for 2024-2025 graduates.

Dujeepa Samarasekera is a key opinion former and leading expert in medical education, serving as the Head of the Centre for Medical Education (CenMED), Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.
Recognised for his exceptional contributions to the field, he was honoured with the Public Administration Medal presented by the President of Singapore during the 2023 National Day awards ceremony, for his efficiency, competence, and innovative approaches to medical and health professions education. Dujeepa holds the fellowships of Academies of Medicine in Singapore, Malaysia, Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh) and Academies of Medical Education in Europe, United Kingdom and Sri Lanka.
