*The 3-year first-time residency attainment rate is the weighted average of the 2023-24, through 2025-26 academic years. For each year, the rate is the percent of students attaining a residency out of all graduates or expected graduates in the year who were active applicants in the NRMP match in that year or who attained a residency outside the NRMP match in that year. For 2025-26, the first-time residency attainment rate is over 98%.

- Fallon Powers-Peterson
Fallon Powers-Peterson, MBA
Fallon joined AUC as administrative assistant with clinical medicine in 2007 and was promoted to simulation center coordinator in 2013. She then took on the role of student affairs coordinator in 2018 and has been active both on and off campus throughout her time at AUC. Fallon is a member of the Campus Events Committee, an AUC EDGE champion, and previous advisors to Student Government Association and the LGBTQ student organization. She leads New Student Orientation and Orientation Advisors as well as supports the Student Government Association executive board. In addition, she has been an American Heart Association (AHA) CPR instructor for 13 years. Fallon holds a master of business administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
