Dr. Mark Abbott is an Assistant Professor of Applied Human Anatomy at AUC, where he teaches anatomy and histology across the preclinical curriculum, including Molecules to Medicine, Musculoskeletal & Dermatology, and Endocrine & Reproduction.
Jim spent 22 years as a Professor of Microbiology at the University of Montana (UM) where he taught microbiology related courses and published peer-reviewed articles related to understanding how stressors affect microbial cellular function and bacterial community interactions.
Dr Henry Lam has recently been appointed Clinical Chair of Obstetrics & Gynecology for AUC School of Medicine. He has been Director of Clinical / Medical Students Education and Clerkship Director for Medical Students since 2000.
Chris Elsayad, MD, MBA, FACP is the Division Chief of Primary Care at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY. He also serves as the Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Abialbon Paul completed his medical education, earning his MBBS and MD in Pharmacology from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research.
Upon completing her bachelor’s degree in Library Science from the Information Science School in Rabat, Morocco in 1998, she was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to pursue her master’s degree in Information Systems in the United States
Melanie Chenette, LPC, LMHC, ATR-BC, BC-TMH is the Director for Wellness. In this role, Melanie develops and implements programming around student wellbeing across AUC’s four-year program to help foster a culture of student success.
