The American University of the Caribbean’s Medical Education Readiness Program (MERP) is a 15-week medical school preparatory program offered to students as a conditional acceptance to AUC.

MERP is designed to build a strong foundation in the medical sciences while helping students adjust to the demands of a medical school curriculum. Although MERP is a separate program, for applicants who are referred to MERP we view it as your first step in the AUC journey.

During this live session we’ll discuss:

  • How MERP prepares students for medical school
  • Who is a good candidate for the program
  • How those who attend MERP perform in medical school
