Accredited by ACCM

The United States Department of Education, through the National Committee on Foreign Medical Education and Accreditation (NCFMEA), reviews how countries accredit their medical schools. The NCFMEA has confirmed that the ACCM’s accreditation standards match those of the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), which accredits U.S. medical schools. This means that AUC’s accreditation standards are comparable to those of U.S. medical schools.

"The AUC curriculum prepared me because when I identified that I had an interest in emergency medicine, they took extra steps to ensure that I had a rotation in emergency medicine within my internal medicine rotation. So I got exposed to the emergency room way before my electives. So that really, really helped solidify that this was the right path for me."

"Looking back now at my education at AUC, I'm extremely happy. I'm extremely grateful for all the support I had from all my professors and from my friends who became my family along the way. And I cannot be grateful enough for their support throughout this process."

"And one thing that I think that AUC does really well that really helped me is the tutoring community. There are always people there that are willing to help you. I would not be here today without all the people that came before me that had helped me to get to where I am. And I needed help. So I went to office hours, I talked to my professors, I went to get group tutoring and even small tutoring, small group tutoring just to make sure that I was where I needed to be..."
