Nikole Czapp, MD, wrote this story when she was a clinical student at AUC. Now a family medicine resident at Drexel University, near her hometown, Dr. Czapp reflects on her time in clinicals, what she learned, and how she succeeded.
Bashar Yalldo, MD, traces his journey to AUC from start to finish. The 2012 graduate capped off his final year of residency with a Family Medicine Resident of the Year Award, just before entering practice.
STUDENT STORIES
Students from several AUC organizations, including the LGBTQ+ Club and the Pediatric Interest Group, worked with Student Government Association (SGA) members and Krista Bryan-York, AUC academic coordinator, to raise funds to purchase books for children at Martin Luther King J
American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in collaboration with the Positive Foundation and The Ministry of Public Health, Social Development, and Labor, hosted a successful breast screening event on Saturday, March 11 in Philipsburg.
