*The 3-year first-time residency attainment rate is the weighted average of the 2022-23, through 2024-25 academic years. For each year, the rate is the percent of students attaining a residency out of all graduates or expected graduates in the year who were active applicants in the NRMP match in that year or who attained a residency outside the NRMP match in that year. The 1-year first-time residency attainment rate is 95% for 2024-2025 graduates.

Andy Ginty, BSc, PGCE, PGCLTHE, PhD
Dr. Andy Ginty is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs for the UK Track program based out of the University of Lancashire campus in Preston, UK.
Dr. Andy Ginty's previous role was Phase 1 Lead for Medicine at the University of Lancashire, UK. In total, Dr. Ginty has more than 25 years’ teaching experience—12 of those with University of Lancashire, including the setting up of the University of Lancashire Dental School. Prior to University of Lancashire he worked at the University of Cumbria, University of Manchester and Liverpool Hope University. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Anatomy and Human Biology at the University of Liverpool, his Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education at The Open University, Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education at The University of Manchester and his Doctor of Philosophy in Bone Cell Biology from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Liverpool.
