Andy Ginty, PhD
Dr. Andy Ginty is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs for the UK-Track program. He will be based out of the UCLan campus in Preston, UK.
Dr. Andy Ginty's previous role as Phase 1 Lead for Medicine for the University’s (UCLan, UK) 5-year MBBS programme led the development of the first two years of the medical course since 2014. In total, Dr. Ginty has more than 25 years’ teaching experience—12 of those teaching human anatomy with UCLan, including the setting up of the UCLan Dental School BDS programme in 2007. Prior to UCLan he worked at the University of Cumbria, University of Manchester and Liverpool Hope University. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Anatomy and Human Biology at the University of Liverpool, his Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education at The Open University, Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education at The University of Manchester and his Doctor of Philosophy in Bone Cell Biology from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Liverpool.
